Quadcom Issues Show Cause Orders Against Former Roque Assistant And Others Linked To POGO

The combined house committees on dangerous drugs, public order and safety, human rights, and public accounts collectively called the Quadcom have issued show cause orders against several individuals.

The quadcom is seeking the explanations of at least a dozen individuals for their failure to attend the mega-panel's first hearing held at Bacolor, Pampanga.

One of those ordered to explain is Alberto Rodulfo Dela Serna who was identified as a former aide of former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque. His name came up in documents found in the pogo hub that was raided in Porac, Pampanga.

Dela Serna was identified in the documents as an executive assistant III with a salary grade 20 under the Office of the Presidential Spokesperson in 2021. Roque held that position under President Rodrigo Duterte at that time.

Roque also failed to attend the hearing but attributed his absence to a scheduled appearance at the Manila Regional Trial Court.

Other personalities who were issued show cause orders are dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo, Bamban acting mayor Erano Timbang and several department heads from Bamban.

Officials of Hongsheng Gaming Technology, Inc., Baufu Land Corpo, Lucky South 99 Outsourcing, Inc., Lucky South 99 Corp., Biancham Holdings and Trading, Inc., and First Bataan Mariveles Holdings Corp.
