In a 30-minute audio statement, religious leader Quiboloy vehemently denied accusations of hiding, asserting that his actions were solely to protect himself. He claimed that the United States was behind the moves to arrest him.

Quiboloy, facing cases in Davao and Pasig, dismissed them as simple cases blown out of proportion to trap him. He accused Senator Risa Hontiveros of orchestrating bogus hearings, fueled by false testimonies from paid former workers.

The religious leader set conditions for his surrender, demanding guarantees that foreign entities, including the FBI and CIA, would not intervene in the Philippine case.

He insisted on written assurances from top Philippine officials, vowing to face charges in the country but not under foreign influence.

Quiboloy declared his readiness to face any consequence, even death, but emphasized that his principles and values were non-negotiable.

He concluded with a solemn pledge to die with honor, standing for justice and the Filipino people.
