Apollo Quiboloy, the leader of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC), and his co-accused aren't going anywhere just yet. Even though a commitment order from the Quezon City Regional Trial Court (QC-RTC) had been issued to transfer them, they're staying put at the Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Center for now.

PNP spokesperson Police Colonel Jean Fajardo explained that the police force still needs to submit a report to the QC-RTC. This report will notify the court that Quiboloy and his companions are also facing charges of qualified human trafficking in the Pasig RTC, a case that doesn’t allow bail.

To add to the drama, Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Benhur Abalos shared official mugshots of Quiboloy and the others involved, sending a clear message: "No one is above the law." The photos stirred quite the reaction online, with many curious about the high-profile legal battles the controversial KOJC leader is facing.

For now, Quiboloy and the rest will remain under the watchful eyes of the PNP, as the court processes continue.
