As the 2024 Paris Olympics approaches, several Filipino athletes have secured their spots to represent the country. Dottie Ardina will bring her golfing prowess to the event after placing within the Top 60 of the International Golf Federation World Rankings. Ardina is eager to compete, having missed her opportunity in the 2016 Rio Olympics due to the Zika virus threat.

Joining her is Bianca Pagdanganan, who is ranked 35th in the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR). Pagdanganan aims to improve on her previous Olympic performance, where she finished 43rd in the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics.

In judo, Kiyomi Watanabe has confirmed her place in the 2024 Paris Olympics by earning one of the two continental quotas in the women’s -63kg class. Watanabe, a four-time Southeast Asian Games gold medalist and an Asian Games silver medalist, looks forward to making another run at the Olympic podium.

The Filipino contingent will also feature swimmers Kayla Sanchez and Jarod Hatch, adding to the nation's representation in Paris.
