In a heartfelt address, Bachmann celebrated the athletes' unwavering commitment and readiness to showcase their skills on the global stage. "Your fight embodies the shared goals and successes of Philippine sports," he remarked. "We’re all thrilled to witness your all-out performances in Paris, knowing your dedication and determination have been the driving forces in your journey as fighters."

The message extends well-wishes to the remarkable athletes representing the country: Ernie Gawilan, Cendy Asusano, Angel Otom, Agustina Bantiloc, Jerrold Mangliwan, and Allain Ganapin. Bachmann emphasized the pride in seeing them carry the national flag and serve as a beacon of inspiration for everyone.

"This is our largest Paralympic squad in 12 years, and Filipinos are eagerly anticipating your display of talent on the international stage," Bachmann said. "Your presence alone fulfills our dream of an inclusive sporting community.
