Today, Carlos was handed the keys to his brand-new, fully-furnished three-bedroom condo at McKinley Hill in Taguig City, valued at a whopping P32 million. But that’s not all—he also received a P3-million cash bonus!
The special ceremony was graced by Alliance Global Group President and CEO Kevin Tan and Megaworld President Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso.
They even gifted Carlos a stunning leaf art piece by Edimar Paclibar, a talented Megaworld employee. This artwork, crafted from real rubber tree leaves, features Carlos's portrait, the 2024 Paris Olympics logo, and a nod to McKinley Hill.
The 100-square-meter condo is nothing short of luxurious. It’s decked out with all the essentials: a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop with oven, washing and drying machines, four smart TVs, and even a game console for some downtime fun. Plus, it boasts two balconies offering amazing views of the township.
In the living room, there's a custom-made coffee table featuring a replica of Carlos's gold medal—a true centerpiece! The condo also includes a maid’s room with its own bath and a parking slot.
