Globe and Smart users are particularly affected, but don’t worry—your school’s online systems are still intact! The issue is with the domain's DNS services, not the platforms themselves.

• UP: Waiting for PHNet to resolve the issue and will release updates as soon as possible.
• UST: Advises students and staff to use their direct Cloud Campus link or reach out via email and social media for urgent matters.
• UE: Canvas and email services are still working. The university assures users that they’re actively working on the issue.
• UDM: The ICT office is in constant communication with PHNet and promises to keep everyone updated.
• NU: Assures the public that they’re coordinating with PHNet to resolve the problem ASAP.
