Actor Ken Chan’s legal troubles escalated this Friday morning, November 8, as attempts to serve him a warrant of arrest in connection with a P14-million syndicated estafa case were unsuccessful. Lawyer Atty. Joseph Noel Estrada, representing the complainant, led a team to serve the warrant at a subdivision in Tandang Sora around 8:00 a.m., but Chan was not found at the location.

Atty. Estrada confirmed that the warrant remains active and that authorities are continuing their search for Chan and his co-accused. "There is a pending warrant of arrest issued against him [Ken Chan], along with his co-accused. The warrant remains unserved, so efforts to locate him will continue," Estrada explained.

The syndicated estafa case against Chan reportedly stems from allegations that he and several associates misappropriated funds totaling P14 million. This ongoing situation has generated significant public interest, as fans and followers of the actor await further developments.
