In his latest vlog, actor and TV host Luis Manzano candidly shared a personal health journey, revealing the need for a biopsy on a spot on his scalp. Opening the vlog with a mix of humor and vulnerability, Luis explained, "May kailangan i-biopsy dito sa taas ng ulo ko."

Initially mistaking the spot for a mere mole, Luis jokingly admitted to teasing others about having a "mole" on his head since childhood. However, recent observations from his makeup artist and hairstylist raised concerns as they noticed a change in its size.

Reflecting on the possibility of it being melanoma or skin cancer, Luis emphasized the importance of promptly consulting medical professionals. Despite initial reassurances from his doctor, he opted to undergo biopsy for peace of mind.

Acknowledging the gravity of the situation, Luis shared his decision to keep the news from his family and close friends to spare them worry. He bravely faced the uncertainty, determined to handle it on his own until necessary.

Expressing empathy for those battling cancer, Luis highlighted the life-altering impact of the disease and the anxiety surrounding diagnostic procedures. "Ang pinaka-mahirap sa lahat ng mga test, minsan 'yung procedure itself hassle kung hassle given pero ang pinaka mabigat diyan ay ang pag-aantay ng results," he said.

After a week of anticipation, Luis received the biopsy results, which thankfully indicated a benign condition. Despite the relief, he emphasized the importance of additional tests to ensure his health.
