President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. made a strong push for unity and service as he led the proclamation rally of Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas on February 11, 2025, at the Ilocos Norte Centennial Arena.

Speaking before a packed crowd, Marcos emphasized the coalition’s unwavering commitment to the Filipino people.

“Dito po, buo kami. Hindi lang buo sa numero, kundi buo ang loob para ipaglaban ang kapakanan ng bawat Pilipino at ng buong Pilipinas,” he declared.

A Coalition for Progress

The Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas is a powerhouse coalition made up of five major political parties: Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP), Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (CMD), Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC), Nacionalista Party (NP), and National Unity Party (NUP). Together, they are pushing for reforms and policies aimed at uplifting the country and addressing the urgent needs of Filipinos.

The event also served as the grand introduction of the coalition’s 12 senatorial candidates:

The proclamation rally in Laoag City marked the official start of the campaign season for Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas, with Marcos expressing confidence in the team’s ability to deliver real change. The event also reinforced the coalition’s message of unity, stability, and a shared goal of national progress.
