You might already be familiar with the 1,000-peso polymer note , launched back in April 2022. But here’s what’s new—coming your way are fresh denominations: the 500-, 100-, and 50-peso polymer banknotes, each packed with features that showcase the beauty and resilience of the Philippines.

These polymer bills highlight iconic images of unique Philippine wildlife and native plants, along with designs inspired by traditional Filipino weaving. It’s a celebration of our country’s rich biodiversity and cultural heritage, all in your wallet!

So, what makes these polymer banknotes stand out? They’re designed to be:

• Smarter: With advanced anti-counterfeiting features and a smaller carbon footprint, these bills are a step toward sustainability.
