In a heartfelt Facebook post, professional Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player and coach Benthings bid farewell to TNC, expressing gratitude for the opportunities and growth experienced during his tenure with the team.

"Whenever I was asked, 'Why stick with TNC? Why not try elsewhere?' I always said, 'I won't leave TNC as long as they trust me,'" Benthings shared in his post. "Because TNC was the first to open the doors for me to go pro, the first to make me feel at home. Of course, I wanted to stay in that home until we could have a sofa in the living room, a big TV, a second floor—but it just wasn't meant to be. We did everything, but it wasn't meant to be. Until a window opened and I wondered what was waiting for me there."

Reflecting on his journey, Benthings spoke about reaching a point where even efforts to grow felt futile. "I used to laugh at those saying 'grow,' but eventually, I felt it myself. No matter what you do, you're not happy with what you're doing. You're not enjoying it; it's just your knowledge, and that's it. You want to make up for it, but it's just not happening."

Seeking guidance from his mentor, Benthings found clarity and peace in his decision to move forward. "My mentor advised me: 'Don't try to control what happens to you too much, because the more you try to control, the more you rely on yourself.'"

Addressing TNC's management, Benthings expressed regret over unfulfilled promises of championship glory. "Sorry boss, I didn't keep my promise. Someone else might fulfill it. I want to fulfill my promise to myself because if I fulfill someone else's promise, I might forget my promise to myself."

In response, TNC bid farewell to Benthings with a mix of sadness and pride. "With a heavy heart, we bid farewell to our strongest ally, Benthings. You've been with us through thick and thin, embodying dedication and spirit in every battle."
