Manny V. Pangilinan, or MVP as he's affectionately called, just dropped some fantastic news for our top Pinoy athletes. In a heartfelt announcement, MVP shared that he’s giving a whopping P10 million cash reward to Carlos Yulo, our two-time gold medalist at the Paris Olympics. But the generosity doesn’t stop there. Nesthy Petecio and Aira Villegas, who also brought home medals, will each receive P2 million.

And it’s not just the athletes who are feeling the love—MVP also revealed that Caloy’s coaching team is getting P5 million, while the boxing coaches will receive P2 million. That’s some serious support!

MVP didn’t hold back in expressing his pride, saying, "Like always, they can count on our continued support until LA 2028. Mabuhay ang atletang Pinoy!" This just goes to show that with backing like this, our athletes are in good hands as they continue their journey toward greatness.

With the road to LA 2028 in sight, it’s clear that MVP is ready to cheer on our athletes every step of the way. Mabuhay, indeed!
