An impressive crowd of 1,259,701 Iglesia ni Cristo members gathered for the much-anticipated National Rally for Peace. In a statement from the Office of the Executive Secretary, the government underscored the significance of the right to peaceful assembly, a fundamental pillar of democracy. The administration assured that all necessary measures were in place to support the rally, from ensuring peace and order to managing traffic and providing emergency health services.

"We believe today's gatherings will be peaceful, meaningful, and enlightening. We are hopeful that the opinions expressed will shed light on the pressing issues our country faces and guide us toward the unity we all aspire for," the statement emphasized.

The government highlighted the importance of dialogue and listening to all sides, viewing the rally as a vital part of the national conversation. This event is seen as an opportunity for the public to engage in discourse that could pave the way for greater understanding and consensus on the challenges that impact the nation's future.

With the Iglesia ni Cristo's significant turnout, the National Rally for Peace is set to be a landmark event, fostering a sense of community and a shared vision for a harmonious future.
