Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique A. Manalo is set to fly to New Delhi, India, to take part in the 10th Raisina Dialogue from March 17 to 19, 2025. This marks his first time attending the event, which is widely regarded as India’s premier international conference on pressing geopolitical and geoeconomic issues.

Hosted annually by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in collaboration with India’s Ministry of External Affairs, the Raisina Dialogue gathers some of the world’s top government officials, policymakers, and strategic thinkers to tackle global challenges and opportunities.

Beyond his participation in the conference, Secretary Manalo has a packed agenda. He will engage in bilateral meetings with fellow foreign ministers attending the dialogue, exchange insights with members of the business community, and make a special visit to the Philippine Embassy in New Delhi to observe its e-Visa operations.
