The Provincial Government of Palawan has declared vloggers Rosmar Tan and Rendon Labador persona non grata following a controversial incident involving disrespectful behavior towards municipal officials.

The incident unfolded during a visit to the Office of the Mayor, where Mr. Labador's actions were widely criticized for violating decorum and causing distress to Miss Jho Cayabyab Trinidad, an official of the Vice Mayor's Office.

The vloggers had initially drawn ire when a promised distribution of grocery packages to locals fell short, sparking disappointment among residents. Matters escalated when Rosmar Tan posted on social media, exacerbating local sentiment with the statement "Never Again Coron."

Board Member Winston Arzaga highlighted the reasons for the persona non grata declaration, citing "disorderly behavior in the Province of Palawan and conduct inimical to the good morals of the community."

In response to the backlash, Rosmar Tan, Rendon Labador, and Marki Tan issued a joint public apology via social media. They expressed remorse for their actions, acknowledged their mistakes, and extended apologies to Miss Trinidad, the municipal government, and the people of Coron.

The declaration of persona non grata underscores the severity of the incident, reflecting the province's commitment to upholding civic respect and community standards.
