It’s a big day on the International Space STATION. NASA astronaut Nick Hague and Roscosmos cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov made a grand entrance into the ISS after the hatch between the space station and the pressurized mating adapter opened at exactly 7:04 p.m. EDT. But that wasn’t the end of their journey—they had another hatch to get through before finally stepping inside the Dragon module.

Once the doors were open, Hague and Gorbunov were greeted with big smiles and warm welcomes from the Expedition 72 crew, which includes a mix of NASA astronauts and Roscosmos cosmonauts. Among those excited to see them were NASA’s Matthew Dominick, Michael Barratt, Jeanette Epps, Don Petitt, Butch Wilmore, and Suni Williams, along with Roscosmos’ Alexander Grebenkin, Alexey Ovchinin, and Ivan Vagner.

You can catch the live crew welcome remarks on NASA+, YouTube, and their website. NASA is streaming content through various platforms and social media, making it easy for space enthusiasts to tune in from anywhere.
