Romualdez Engages With Mongolian PM At WEF Opening

In an encounter during the inauguration of the World Economic Forum (WEF) at the Congress Center in Davos, Switzerland, Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez held a brief meeting with Mongolian Prime Minister Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai on Monday afternoon (Switzerland time).

The dialogue marked a diplomatic exchange between the Philippines and Mongolia, fostering connections on the global stage.

Earlier in the day, Speaker Romualdez participated in a welcome lunch for the Philippine delegation at the Belvedore Hotel. Addressing the delegation, he emphasized the commitment to ensuring that their engagements throughout the WEF Annual Meeting 2024 contribute significantly to the advancement of Philippine interests and benefit the Filipino people.

Accompanying Speaker Romualdez at the event were key figures including Tingog Partylist Rep. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez, Energy Secretary Raphael Lotilla, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Eli Remolona, Jr., and Maharlika Investment Corporation President and Chief Executive Officer Rafael Jose Consing Jr.
