"Biktima rin po tayo kaya lahat haharapin, kaya go go go! Basta hinaharap, at saka hindi maganda kasi reputasyon ko na rin yung sinisira rito kaya rin haharap ako para i-clear rin yung name ko," Quinto asserted. She revealed that she had not been paid for her endorsement of Dermacare, highlighting that she experienced bounced checks and unfulfilled payment promises.

When asked about the possibility of filing a counter-charge, Quinto said, "Pag-iisipan namin. Tapusin muna ito isa-isa lang kasi kararating ko lang from the US, so one by one, step by step."

Quinto urged those affected to direct their efforts towards holding the rightful parties accountable. "Ang dapat na hanapin nila yung may-ari. Wala naman akong kinalaman sa kanila, hindi ko naman sila na-meet o nakilala. In fact, ako din hindi rin ako nabayaran. Nag-bounce yung cheque at three months lang po ako, parang yung pumirma ako, first down talbog, second down talbog, so puro bounce hanggang sa nagsasabi ng sorry. Kinancel din nila ako as endorser."

She appealed to the public and the complainants to focus on identifying the real culprits behind the issues with Dermacare. "So sana ngayon yung mga nabiktima, una ang hanapin nyo yung may-ari, kung sino yung kausap nila. Pangalawa, sana i-highlight kung sino ba yung kawatan dito, hindi porket artista, ikaw na yung laging nasa news."
