Estrada expressed his relief and satisfaction with the court's decision, stating, "The court has reaffirmed my earlier declaration that I did not accept any form of bribe, whether direct or indirect. I have never used public funds for personal gain or to cover up any illegal activities. Above all, this decision confirms that I did not betray the trust given to me by the people."
