Security Detail Of VP Sara Duterte Removed

The Chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) issued an Order relieving all 75 personnel of the PNP Police and Security Group, who were previously assigned to protect Vice President Sara Duterte.
In her statement, she emphasized, “Tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang ating trabaho upang makapaghatid tayo ng serbisyo sa ating mga kababayan — lalong-lalo na sa mga liblib o underserved communities sa ating bansa." Simply put, her mission to serve the people, particularly those in need, is still going strong.
VP Sara also hopes that with this new directive from the Chief PNP, there will be fewer complaints from the public about drug issues and a significant drop in criminal activities.
