It looks like the Senate is closing in on the truth behind the sexual harassment allegations involving Sandro Muhlach. Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada is convinced that there's substantial evidence pointing towards the involvement of two independent contractors from GMA Network.

In a public inquiry held on August 12, 2024, by the Committee on Public Information and Mass Media, Estrada shared that the panel's executive session discussions left little doubt. Estrada, along with Senators Ramon Bong Revilla Jr., Robinhood Padilla, Grace Poe, and Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa, all agreed on the strength of the evidence against Richard Cruz and Jojo Nones.
