Trillanes Files Cyber Libel Complaint Against Harry Roque And Others

Former Senator Sonny Trillanes has filed libel and cyber libel charges against former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, Vlogger Banat By, SMNI hosts, and several pro-Duterte trolls.
Trillanes announced on social media that the complaints were submitted to the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) due to the persistent spread of fake news about him on various social media platforms.
The complaints specifically target troll accounts including Mr. Realtalker or Lods Chinito (with TikTok handles @chinitorealtalker and @chinitotisoy01), Melagin Nastor Evangelista or CATASTROPHE (with X handle @gurlbehindthisb), JoeLas (with X handle @j_laspinas), Michael Gorre or KampilaBoy (with X handle @KampilanBoy), Hampaslupang Mandaragat (with X handle @JohnAmasa2), and a user with the handle @SaraAll2028.
Trillanes accuses these individuals of disseminating false information that damages his reputation.
