FILE
It looks like the Tulfo brothers are kicking off the 2025 senatorial race with a bang! According to the latest OCTA Research TNM 3rd Quarter 2024 Nationwide Survey, conducted from August 28 to September 2, it’s clear that the Tulfo name is resonating with voters. With 1,200 respondents weighing in, Erwin Tulfo topped the list with a whopping 60% of voters saying they'd choose him. Close behind is his brother, Ben Tulfo, with 57%.

Former Senate President Tito Sotto is still a big name in the race, securing 50%, putting him in the 3rd-4th range. Bong Go also remains a popular pick at 49%, landing in 3rd-6th place.

As for familiar faces like Ping Lacson and Bong Revilla, they’re both sitting at 44%, placing them in the 4th-6th slots. Meanwhile, Senator Pia Cayetano (35%), Manny Pacquiao (34%), and Aimee Marcos (33%) round out the middle ranks, sharing spots with other well-known figures like Lito Lapid and former President Rodrigo Duterte.

It’s no surprise that Bato Dela Rosa (29%), Benhur Abalos (28%), and Doc Willie Ong are also making their presence known, continuing to capture the interest of voters as the election draws nearer.

With the 2025 elections just around the corner, these rankings give us a sneak peek at who’s gaining momentum—and who has some work to do. The competition is heating up, and it will be exciting to see how the numbers shift as the campaign season gets into full swing.
