Veteran broadcast journalist Fernando "Dindo" Amparo Sanga has officially stepped into his new role as the Director General of the Presidential Broadcast Service - Bureau of Broadcast Services (PBS-BBS). The swearing-in ceremony took place on Wednesday night, September 18, with none other than Presidential Communications Secretary Cesar Chavez leading the oath-taking.

During the ceremony, Sanga assumed leadership from outgoing Director General Rizal Giovanni P. Aportadera in a smooth transition of duties. The event marked an important moment for the PBS-BBS, as the bureau moves forward under Sanga’s leadership.

With years of experience in journalism, Sanga’s appointment is seen as a positive step in further strengthening the bureau's service to the public. Those in attendance at the ceremony expressed optimism for the future of PBS-BBS under his guidance, anticipating a renewed focus on delivering relevant and timely information to the Filipino people.
