Iconic ABSCBN primetime shows like “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano”, “Love Thy Woman”, “A Soldier’s Heart” plus all the shows that we’re used to watching everyday, like “Magandang Buhay” and “It’s Showtime” will be back on TV screens starting June 13 via Kapamilya Channel.
Kapamilya Channel will be available on SKY, Cable link, G Sat, and member-cable operators of the Philippine Cable Television Association (PCTA) nationwide.
ABS-CBN is still looking for more ways to reach more Filipinos – to bring entertainment, news, public service, and information to Kapamilyas all over the world.
Kapamilya Channel will incrementally bring back the network’s glory, giving all for the Kapamilyas nationwide.
Favorite momshies Jolina Magdangal, Melai Cantiveros and Karla Estrada bring back the Kapamilya morning staple talk-show “Magandang Buhay”, while the audience can enjoy watching the fresh singing talents in “The Voice Teens” mentored by The Voice coaches Apl.De.Ap, Lea Salonga, Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo.
Aside from airing digitally, “TV Patrol” will continue to serve Kapamilyas nationwide with its relevant news and public service, while other well-loved shows will be shown for a wider range of entertainment and inspiration.
Aside from the Kapamilya faves, more surprises in store in the channel, in terms of new shows.
More public service programs will be introduced, hosted by well-loved Kapamilya talents like Judy-Ann Santos, who will do an inspirational show called “Paano Kita Mapapasalamatan” every Saturday. Our modern-day superwoman Angel Locsin will be hosting “Iba Yan”, which will air every Sunday. Both shows aim to inspire and share real-life experiences to the viewers.
The highest-rating Koreanovela in the live-streaming app Viu, “The World Of Married Couple” finally debuts on National TV via The Kapamilya Channel, as well.
Pinoys abroad won’t be left out, as the channel will be broadcasting in The Filipino Channel (TFC) too.
Thus, ABS-CBN continues to be “In The Service Of The Filipino”, creating more platforms to serve it’s audiences even if the network stopped airing on free TV since May 5 due to National Telecommunications Commission’s cease-and-desist order and while the network’s franchise renewal is still in limbo. Everyone is keeping fingers crossed, hoping that this situation will end soon and the network can get back to regular programming.
