Bacolod, Iloilo cities to remain under ECQ
Bacolod City and Iloilo City will remain under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced in a press briefing on Thursday, April 30.
Roque says the following areas will still be under ECQ:
