Duterte to decide on ECQ extension in Albay, Zamboanga City
The IATF recommends placing Albay and Zamboanga City under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) until May 15.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque says this has yet to be approved by President Duterte.
