IATF spokesperson Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles says the government will adopt a national government-enabled, local government-led and people-centered response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nograles adds the IATF will meet on Monday to discuss what will happen after April 30, the end of the enhanced community quarantine.
