P157-K shabu seized; 6 nabbed in Zambo City, Norte

ZAMBOANGA CITY – Anti-narcotics agents arrested six drug personalities in separate buy-bust operations here and in the province of Zamboanga del Norte, a police official said Tuesday.
Police identified the suspects as Ryan Francisco Enriquez, 36; Joel Bella Jarque, 39; Vanessa Ramos Jupli, 38; Ronald Onad Siaca, 18; Vicmar Bataycan Maligro, 36; and Hanelyn Badiango Daarol, 20.
Brig. Gen. Jesus Cambay Jr., Police Regional Office-9 (PRO-9) director, said Enriquez and Jarque were arrested with some PHP24,000 worth of suspected shabu and PHP200 marked money in a buy-bust around 12:30 a.m. Monday in Barangay Pasonanca here.
Jupli yielded some PHP2,000 worth of suspected shabu and PHP200 marked money when arrested around 1 p.m. Monday in Barangay Lanzones, Cambay said.
Cambay said Siaca was found with some PHP1,000 worth of suspected shabu and PHP200 marked money when nabbed in sting operation around 2:30 p.m. Monday in Barangay Bagong Silang, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte.
He said Maligro was arrested in a buy-bust around 2:40 p.m. Monday in Barangay Biasong, Dipolog City, the capital of Zamboanga del Norte province.
Maligro yielded some PHP80,000 worth of suspected shabu and PHP500 marked money, police said.
Daarol, meanwhile, yielded some PHP50,000 worth of suspected shabu and PHP500 marked money when cornered in a buy-bust around 9:50 p.m. Monday in Barangay Galas, Dipolog City, police said.
The PRO-9 director said formal charges will be filed against the suspects. (PNA)
