PAGASA: Signal #3 up in more areas as Typhoon Ambo maintains strength
Signal #3 is up in more areas as Typhoon Ambo continues to bring violent winds and heavy to intense rains over the northern portion of Eastern Samar.
PAGASA reports as of 4 PM, Typhoon Ambo was last spotted over San Jose De Buan, Samar with maximum sustained winds of 155 kph and gustiness of up to 255 kph. It is moving west at 15 kph.
