‘Pusher’ on PDEA watch list nabbed in Tabaco City

LEGAZPI CITY – An alleged notorious drug pusher yielded PHP102,000 worth of suspected shabu when arrested in Tabaco City, Albay province on Monday.

Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) agent Dennis Benitez said in an interview on Tuesday that the suspect, Ronald Bragais, alias Aldo, 43, of Barangay Tayhi, was caught selling shabu to an undercover PDEA agent in a drug operation at Zone 6, Gen. Luna Street around 5:20 p.m. Monday.

“Confiscated from the suspect were three sachets of shabu weighing 15 grams,” Benitez said.

The suspect whose name was on the PDEA watch list was detained at the agency's custodial facility here, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (PNA)
