Ragos laid to rest at Libingan ng mga Bayani
The Philippine Army renders full military honors for Cpl. Winston Ragos as he was laid to rest on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
Ragos was shot dead by a police officer on April 21 in Quezon City.
