Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. confirms the Philippines has filed two diplomatic protests against China over the pointing of a radar gun at a Philippine Navy ship in the West Philippine Sea and the declaration of portions of Philippine territory as part of Hainan province.
