COVID-19 in numbers (June 7)
The total number of COVID-19 deaths in the Philippines surpasses 1,000, with the Department of Health reporting nine new deaths on Sunday.
The DOH also reports 555 new cases and 89 new recoveries.
Total number of confirmed cases in the country is now at 21,895.
