PNP Chief: Arrest and Inquest Procedures will be applied to ECQ Violators

Philippine National Police Chief Archie Gamboa said in a press briefing on Tuesday that those who will violate the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine will face arrest and will be subjected to proper inquest procedures.
