Red Cross responds to plane mishap at NAIA T2

Philippine Red Cross Chair Richard Gordon reports that a PRC team was scrambled late on March 29 after a Lion Air chartered plane bound for Cebu onward to Tokyo caught fire while taking off on Runway 24.
